We start our process by doing our homework, and the subject is you! One of our trip consulting experts will speak with you about your group and what each of you would like to accomplish during your Private Guided Orlando Tour. You’ll chat about rides, activities, and shows, and your consultant will be able to recommend new experiences based on old favorites.

While the idea of having a new person join your family on vacation might be nerve-wracking for some, your experience with our guides will be anything but! When meeting your Guide for the first time, it should be reminiscent of reconnecting a lifelong friend. Each member of our expert staff are good natured and easy going people who know when to take charge and when to fade into the background while you make memories.
Each day of your tour, your Guide will meet you in the lobby of your resort to whisk your group away in a private vehicle for an extra expense, or you can simply choose to meet at the main entrance of the park of your choice. Due to the infamous crowds, our tours begin at park opening times to make the most of your day. The theme parks are the busiest around noon, so being present and going all-in at the park’s open is a great strategy to maximize your experience and minimize hassle.
Your itinerary will be planned in advance, aiding your Guide in effortlessly leading you from one thrill to the next. While having a plan is helpful, the day is fluid and catered to you! If your party decides to deviate from the schedule to take a second go round on Space Mountain or grab a snack, your guide can think fast to accommodate all of your wants and needs.

The Orlando theme parks are created to provide you with scenic views and amazing photo opportunities. Whether you’re traveling as a large family or as a couple, White Glove guides are excellent at creating the optimal atmosphere for everyone to enjoy themselves. When accompanying couples, we know when to make ourselves scarce so you can enjoy smaller ride vehicles, as well as private dining. If you have kids, you’re also in luck! By the last day of your tour, you and your kids are going to be missing your new family member. Our guides are great at engaging your children, and entertaining them in lines, while waiting for parades, and traveling from A to B. You can also count on your guide to be certified in First Aid and CPR because in the face of the unexpected, nothing is more important to us than the safety of your family.
Can You Really Expedite Lines?

One of the most common misconceptions about independent theme park tour services is that you can’t see and do as much as you would if you hired a guide exclusively through the theme parks for thousands more per day. You and your wallet may both by pleased to learn that this is a myth. We use an array of techniques to ensure that our clients receive only top notch care that exceeds expectations every time, but how do we do this?
First, we analyze crowd levels and pinpoint which days are best to visit each park. We assess which parks have the biggest crowds on each day of the week and schedule your days to avoid these crowds and expedite your walking and wait times. We also take Disney’s Extra Magic Hours into consideration if you’re staying on property to give you the biggest advantage.
Second, we have carefully studied the patterns that guests generally visit attractions over the course of the day, and have modeled our own patterns that counteract them. Just simply watching what other’s do, and doing the opposite, makes a world of difference in what you can accomplish in a day.
Third, we organize a schedule that factors in what we’ve learned in the previous steps, accounting for walking time, and organizing other experiences around dining and rest periods.
Fourth, if you’re visiting Disney, we handle the Genie+ Lightning Lane reservations for the rides that it would be most beneficial to have expedited lines based on our formula. This ensures that your group keeps moving at a comfortable pace throughout the day, rather than spending all day waiting in lengthy standby lines at random. If your park of choice is Universal, the biggest benefit to your tour is good planning but groups can also purchase Universal Express Passes to speed up the lines with a separate entrance.
Note:
-Universal Studios VIP Tours do not include Express Passes but you may purchase them in conjuction with your tour for the added convenience. This is not required but is recommended for days that are expected to have a high crowd volumes to keep your wait times low. There is no free “Fastpass” system for the Universal parks so tours in that park specifically rely on planning and guide expertise.
-Lightning Lane selections (Previously known as Fastpass) are subject to availability so it’s best to give notice when booking for the best outcomes.
-White Glove Orlando Tours has no control over refurbishment schedules or whether or not a ride is operational at the time of the visit.
-We use the systems the parks have available to us as well as other techniques to benefit our clients, and while we can help guests to experience more with our guidance, we do not grant front of the line access.

One of the best luxuries in having a VIP guide is that no corners are cut. You don’t need to sacrifice any attraction time to take a break and enjoy a table service meal. We generally recommend a midday break to refuel and regroup before continuing onto the next leg of our adventure. Your dedicated vacation planner will be able to walk you through dining options, and our team will work to secure the reservations of your choosing.
*Restaurants that take reservations are limited in availability. Your planner will be happy to assist within small time frames, but for the best outcomes, providing advanced notice is recommended.
