This was our first shot at a private tour at the suggestion of a friend. We have three children under the age of five, so “just winging it” was just not a feasible option for us. From planning every convenience of our day from the rides to the meals, my husband and I were truly surprised at how easy a Disney vacation could be. Even the infamous wait times were diced down to under ten minutes for just about every attraction. Our guide, Sydney, was excellent company for us and our kids alike. While traveling from location to location, it didn’t feel like such a hike because Sydney kept us on a hunt for “Hidden Mickey’s”, gave us interesting tidbits about the history of the park, and played I-Spy with the kids. I would recommend this service 1000 times over!

We traveled to Disney for two days over the Christmas break on our way to the Caribbean. We wanted to make the most of our time at the park and hired Victoria based on good reviews of other Disney Veterans. We are past annual card holders, frequent Disney often and know the park inside out, but our biggest motivation was we didn't want to wait hours in line. In walks Victoria....and WE WERE NOT DISAPPOINTED. We rode 13 rides, ate both breakfast and lunch and all in less than six hours, Victoria managed to fast pass everything! Rather than waiting in line for 2 plus hours, we walked right on through the fast pass line. Disney offer's this same service for several thousand dollars. She interacted well with our teenage children and even took family photos of us throughout the park. Victoria and White Glove is well worth the money.

We have been on other guided tours while visiting Orlando over the years, but White Glove was by far our favorite. This was due mostly to the excellent customer service before and during our trip. Victoria was excellent with planning our vacation. She asked some questions about our group, our interests, what kind of things we would like to see, do, and eat(!!), and then crafted our dream vacation! I had a steep list of dining venues I wanted to try, some of which were said to book up six months in advance like Cinderella’s Royal Table, so I was accepting of the fact that I may have to settle on a few, but Victoria booked every single one! So needless to say, we were already pretty thrilled going into the vacation, and then we met Brad. He really knew his stuff and he was hilarious! I mean constantly had the group laughing, he was such a good-natured guy. We enjoyed his take on Disney trivia, and were glad to have him accompany us to our meals. Needless to say, White Gloves has found a loyal patron in me. Thank you again!
