Terms and Conditions

This agreement for tour services is entered into by the person(s) described on page 1, referred to as “Client”, and “Extra Hands Vacation Services LLC, DBA White Glove Orlando Tours“, a company licensed for business in the state of Florida.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

White Glove Orlando Tours provides customized tours delivered within Universal Studios, Walt Disney World, and SeaWorld. This includes a customized itinerary, optional reservation planning, Fastpass scheduling if applicable, and a guide to carry out the tour plans with the guests and assist with their needs during the scheduled services window.

COOPERATION & AVAILABILITY
The parties agree to cheerful cooperation for the best possible results. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that key individuals are on time, available, and prepared for the tour. 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

1.) White Glove Orlando Tours are not responsible for any personal possessions lost or stolen. The tours operate in crowded theme parks so please plan to purchase a locker or keep wallets on your person at all times. 2.) White Glove Orlando Tours is not affiliated with any theme park and cannot guarantee the availability or operational status of any attraction within the park wherein the tour is being delivered. 

DETAILS OF SERVICES

1.) There is a 6 hour minimum for all reservations. If you choose not to use your White Glove Tour Guide for a full six hour block on the dates of services, you are still responsible for paying the 6 hour minimum. 2.) White Glove tours are prepared to operate through rain or shine. In a high humidity area like Central Florida, groups should be prepared for the possibility of rain during their visit. Please also be mindful that a very select few outdoor attractions may cease operation for a time period for thunder– these decision are made at the sole discretion of the theme park, and not White Glove Orlando Tours. 3.) If you are purchasing your tour through White Glove directly, payment must be rendered upon the date of services in person with your Tour Guide, or you authorize payment through the card information provided when reserving your dates. 4.) A 3% processing fee will apply to all card transactions for processing. 5.) Gratuity is not included in the cost of the tour, but is customary and appreciated.

PAYMENT

1.) When booking your tour through White Glove at full value, you can cancel services at any point without penalty up to three days prior to service. If you cancel within the three day window (72 hours) for a standard (non-holiday peak date), there is a charge for four hours of each day cancelled within the three day window. You must cancel 7 days in advance for peak priced holiday dates to avoid a charge equal to four hours. If cancelled within 24 hours, you will be charged for the full value of the tour along with the standard 20% gratuity for your guide. Our VIP Private Guides rely on their income like everyone else, and canceling with little to no warning hurts them as well as the other families that we have had to turn away. 2.) If you have pre-purchased a discounted tour, there are no refunds for cancelling once our team has begun crafting your experiences. Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis. 3.) Any packages purchased with tickets included are non-refundable and non-transferrable. 4.) White Glove Orlando Tours accepts all major credit cards. 5.) Any fees associated with a bounced check, including legal fees to recuperate the money, is the responsibility of the clients. Any overtime fees approved verbally by the Client during the session are due upon completion of the session. Cancellation may be made up to 48 hours prior to the session without penalty. 6.) If for any reason a client fails to pay an excess balance owed (including but not limited to an unpaid balance for services rendered, cancellation fees, etc.) upon it’s due date, the client will be charged a $75.00 “Non-Payment” fee in addition to seeking out the full payment. 7.) White Glove reserves the right to submit any unpaid amount for collections. 8.) Should any legal action be necessary for any reason, you agree that all legal proceedings will take place in the jurisdiction of the Osceola County Circuit Court, in Kissimmee, Florida, and you are responsible for all legal fees that the company has to expend. 

Any changes to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by all the parties. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties and is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. White Glove Orlando Tours and the Client agree to all of the terms and conditions stated in these terms.
